a moment , a dream , an escape
In a world driven by the constant pursuit of progress and abundance, in a century where social media and fast digital communication determine our sense of time and perception, in a country where negative news is omnipresent and the conscious switch off and escape seems almost impossible in the face of reality, it is even more important to create a moment in which we can unconsciously experience a surreal, beautiful escapade.
In the Words of Saskia Schnürle:
,,From an early age on, fashion has represented a special, emotional retreat for me. When I saw new collections on the catwalks, I was able to immerse myself in the creative world of fabrics, cuts and designs, escape everyday life for a moment and enjoy the pure beauty of new creations. I would now like to pass on this emotional experience and the escape into a world of aesthetics and inspiration with my collection. Through special materials, innovative cuts and individual details, I try to reawaken this feeling of enthusiasm in everyone and to linger together for a moment in a world full of beauty"
„Eskapismus“ – dt. „Flucht aus der Realität“ Ein Moment, ein Traum, eine Zuflucht. In einer Welt, die von dem ständigen Streben nach Fortschritt und Überfluss angetrieben wird, in einem Jahrhundert, in dem soziale Medien und schnelle digitale Kommunikation unser Zeitgefühl und unsere Wahrnehmung bestimmen, in einem Land, in dem negative Nachrichten allgegenwärtig sind und das bewusste Abschalten und Entfliehen angesichts der Realität fast unmöglich erscheint, ist es umso wichtiger, einen Moment zu schaffen, in dem wir unbewusst eine surreale, schöne Eskapade erleben können. In den Worten von Saskia Schnürle : „Mode hat für mich schon früh einen besonderen, emotionalen Rückzugsort dargestellt. Wenn ich neue Kollektionen auf den Laufstegen sah, konnte ich in die kreative Welt der Stoffe, Schnitte und Designs eintauchen, dem Alltag für einen Moment entfliehen und die pure Schönheit neuer Kreationen genießen. Dieses emotionale Erlebnis und die Flucht in eine Welt voller Ästhetik und Inspiration möchte ich nun mit meiner Kollektion weitergeben. Metal fabric card
The metal fabric card was handmade and engraved with a laser cutting machine
(also used in the collection itself) .
,,Escapism" only contains deadstock material, sourced from local shops in Munich. The fabric card mainly contains pure materials, as mixed fabrics were avoided for environmental reasons.
Furthermore the denim is made of 100% cotton and was sponsored by the Sharabati company for this collection. There are also materials such as chiffon made from 100% organic silk or pure silver woven silk, silk acetate and cowhide details from ethical sources.

Maker Space GmbH:
Half of the collection was manufactured using innovative laser cutting machines. Many thanks to Maker Space GmBh, who gave me a scholarship in their company in Munich, which allowed me to study and use the laser cutting machines.
Stoffkarte Die Stoffkarte aus Edelmetall wurde in Handarbeit gefertigt und mit einer präzisen Laserschneidemaschine graviert. Die Kollektion setzt ausschließlich auf Deadstock-Materialien, die aus lokalen Münchener Geschäften bezogen wurden. Dabei wurde besonders auf die Verwendung reiner Stoffe geachtet, um Mischgewebe aus Umweltgründen zu vermeiden. Das Denim Material besteht zu 100 % aus Baumwolle und wurde von der Firma Sharabati für diese Kollektion gesponsert. Zusätzlich kommen edle Materialien zum Einsatz, wie Chiffon aus 100 % Bio-Seide, reine silberfarbene Seide, Seidenacetat und Rindlederdetails, die aus ethischen Quellen stammen. Sponsor und Stipendium Sharabati Denim: Diese Kollektion wurde mit Denim aus 100 % Baumwolle von Sharabati Denim gesponsert. Maker Space GmbH: Die Hälfte der Kollektion wurde mithilfe innovativer Laserschneidmaschinen gefertigt. Ein großer Dank gilt der Maker Space GmbH, die mir ein Stipendium in ihrem Unternehmen in München ermöglichte. Dadurch konnte ich die Laserschneidmaschinen studieren und für meine Kollektionen verwenden.

I asked myself how my designs are seen and interpreted by artificial intelligence tools. In cooperation with the AI artist @luvpartyn these beautiful generated images were created"
TAUCHE EIN IN DIE WELT VON KI GESCHAFFENER MODE. ZEIT VERÄNDERT SICH STÄNDIG UND SO AUCH DIE MODE. „Mode ist nicht mehr nur ein rein analoges Produkt. Immer öfter sehen wir digital erschaffene Mode ! Ich habe mich gefragt, wie die künstliche Intelligenz meine Kollektion ,,Escapism" wohl sehen würde. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem talentierten KI-Künstler @luvpartyn sind diese wunderbar generierten Bilder entstanden.“
